Amara



		Julie aka Amara has been studying middle eastern dance(cabaret) since 2003. She has studied with Saiqa, Khajulah, Alyne and currently with Shaheen. Amara has been performing with Jewel Of Opar since 2004 when the troupe was formed. She also performs in a duet with Shaheen; they call themselves Karisma. By day , Julie is a purchasing manager at an engineering/electronics firm in Campbell. Julie also loves to be outdoors running, hiking and biking, she's also into some of the extreme sports like white water rafting and skydiving. Julie lives in San Jose with hubby Rick, their son Keith and Chelsea their cat.
